Valve cover gasket, pcv valve, front crank seal, oil pump seal, timing belt, balance belt serpentine belt. Water pump if it's the second timing belt service.

I'd say just the new water pump and gasket, the valve cover gasket you said, and the little rubber-ring gaskets between the vc and head around the spark plug holes if they need replacing.

These: http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...?productid=745

I never replaced the pcv, front crank seal, oil pump seal or any of that unless it's leaking. Not required for just timing belt/cams/water pump.

I would replace the water pump regardless(first of second timing belt service). It's easy, when you're already in there.

i just did my 60k and cams with springs and retainers...i actually pulled the head off...its a couple more steps and you dont have to deal with dropping stuff in the motor...

only gaskets i had to replace were headgasket, waterpump gasket...

it looks complicated but after the first time pulling the head it really isn't that bad when you look back on it. I can have the head off in under an hour on my car.
