Evo will not turn over or start, but runs fine

I started my evo up the other day and went to the store. I came out of the store and went to start it and nothing. When you put the key in the acc all the lights come on, and you can hear the fuel pump turn on but when you turn it to the start position, the car doesn't start. Under the hood, you can hear all the relays clicking. I got a few people to help me push start the car and it started up just fine that way. I have done this several times so far and it drives perfect. I thought it was the starter so I ordered a new one and that didn't fix it. I looked over the engine bay for loose or broken grounds/wires but found nothing. Also looked at all the fuses but they are fine too. So I really have no idea what to try next. The evo is an 03 with ems and around 70,000miles.

If you have a a multimeter the best thing to do is check voltage to the starter and voltage on the signal wire to the solonoid...hope you can get it fixed soon man

whats funny is i am having the exact same problem for the 2nd time. I installed a custom double pumper, and forgot to removed my test fit fuel hose . welp ended up blowing it apart, fixed it and now no start. Look at my fuel pressure and get 0psi.
Last time to get it to start i installed the stock ecu, and used EcuFlash to "Test" fuel pump. Basically primes it. Shortly after Car cranks and runs with no problem.
but i dont have the tactrix cable now, so maybe i will try to push start.

Do you remember which one it was? Was it one of those black box ones? Is there any way to test them?

I don't think so cause for one, its a new battery. Its less then 2 months old. Also like I said, when the key is in acc, all my lights and radio turn on.

Starter Relay. My Supra does this same thing and so do alot of other peoples. So someone wrote a Diy on how to install a relay which eliminates the problem.
