Exhaust Questions

Im new to the EVO and have some exhaust questions.

The exhaust is made up of the downpipe, cat delete or cat section, then the cat back. Correct?

Will all aftermarket downpipes and cat backs mate up to eachother?

Example - APS downpipe and cat delete pipe to a Buschur cat back?

Thanks.

and the o2 sensor housing, and I would not count on cross compatibility. Buy from one vendor.

i have an HKS downpipe, perrin cat delete, and RMR catback

as long as each section can bolt to factory pieces you should be fine

Thanks guys, I think im gonna go with the APS turbo back probably. I had a lot of their parts on my WRX and their quality is great.

Most vendors parts are compatible with each other, and with stock parts. About half the stuff from Buschur racing is this way, (axle back system, muffler delet pipe, SCCA legal cat back all come to mind) but his full turbo back system is a slip fit design instead of being flanged like the stock setup.
