I currently have a Schwitzer T04b turbo lying around. I've never really heard of the company, but the turbo seems to be a really NICE turbo. Spins freely and everything looks normal. Wat things should I be looking for other then freeplay.

 

is it BB or no? Most turbos shouldn't ahve any play in and out (if u grab the compressor shaft and push/pull) If it's a thrust wash and bearing style center section then you will have shaft play left to right, jsut make sure it's minimal and doesn't hit the compressor walls. Other then that can't tell unless you either take it apart or put it on the car... Hope it works out
