starting car with cams.

OK since i've had my cams installed [yes it is tuned] sometimes I get a weird grinding sound when I start it. it seems to come from the passenger side of the car. Doesn't happen all the time, but it does to seem to crank more with the new cams before it starts. Is this normal? I have Kelford 272's with supertech duals (the 96 pound ones) Any one else have this happen, and should I be worried?

Pop the valve cover off to ensure there are no abnormal wear patterns forming.

You did put the cam caps in the right order and tightened them per the repair manual?

Yes everything was done to spec, it doesnt make any sounds when running. I think I might be holding the key too long and the heavier springs are making the starter grind the flywheel. Like I said it doesn't do it every time just every now and then. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue, but I guess not, maybe its just me.
