I am now voiding your warranty just like
. You have failed to follow the proper procesures to obtain a refund and your return posicy is voided.I will not reply to any more of your insulting lies and blatant attempts at extorsion.
I will only post the dyno sheets on saturday
Al, As a business person you shouldn't take personal assults/unhappy customers on the forum. I know Jinu might have made the first post, but things of this nature should taken care of offline. Secondly, Whe you work on other people Evos, you should NEVER call any of the parts, components, or orther equipment POS. Just simply say that we've had less than great results with this brand of parts. Or something to that effect.
Jinu, You have to understand that you can't keep the program and get some of the money back as well. Al has made a fair offer of taking the flash back and giving you a refund or getting a re-flash or keeping the current flash and be happy with it. These are the 3 choices you have.
I'm not on anyone's side or anything.. and I don't care what you guys might have spoken over the phone or emails, but I'm just commenting on what I have read on this tread.
Best of luck to both.....

Its not about the money anymore, its about the TRUTH man
why would I bash him if he was nice and does good work. Its about his EVILNESS when he talks to me HE ACTED LIKE a BULLEY and know I cant do anything about it and trys to jerk me. So I might as well share the truth with everyone.

I concur with ryan .. Jinu0808 you are acting childish. You've been givin your options and need to choose which direction to go, keep the flash with no refund, return your car to stock and get a refund (seems you will loose the $200 dyno fee), or WORK with AL and have him re-tune it with a little more agressive HP.
I don't know either of you guys, so I could care less, but defamation of character/ones business is wrong. You paid for a flash and got one, which you wanted tuned "Safer" .. seems that Al had the ability to take you over 300hp, "safely" but you turned it down. You change your mind, you work with AL and arrange a new flash. It seems that easy .. ??
I guess you could take it up with Mitsu .. but they'd just void your warranty for re-flashing .. do the right thing and work with Al.

How would you guys feel if Al did your DYNOFLASH and your not satify and ask for a refund flash back to stock then he says
" THATS NOT DYNOFLASH thats a SPECIAL TUNING " Come on BE REAL MAN !!!! **** That was the kind of **** he was trying to pull on me and plenty more .

Out of curiosity, Jinu0808 - these conversations where al keeps cursing at you whatnot, IM or telephone?
aside from the numbers, how does the car feel?

I busted my *** on his car - we did like 8 retunes
The results were great - even he agreed - he took a long test drive and agreed the tune was amazing
He started to keep IM'ing me and PM'ing me all these crazy nut questions about why didn;t he make more hp - and I said its becuase YOU told me not to - it went arround like that for an hour till IO realized is that he wants to keep the flash but get a dicsount - like he was paying for the HP and only ordered 15 of them so should pay one half
At that point i did become a bit irrational and insulting - but that was only after he treatened me to try and danage my business if I did not gave in and pay him $200
I do NOT EVER repond to threats - ask me nicely and I will go to great lenghths tio make you happy. But if you are a rude, threatening person who tries to EXTORT me - you can forget it I will never give into that !

Man, sometimes it's just hell dealing with the public.
Jinu, you paid for a service, and that service was rendered. No guarantee is made or implied as to the amount of whp gained from the DynoFlash tuning. It is not sold as and you are not paying per whp increase, so your demand for a $200 refund is based on both dubious and flawed logic. Your goal here is obviously monetary and not whp, or you would have called back asking for the possibility to look for some more power rather than asking for a partial refund yet keeping the upgrade you had.
You need to take a deep breath, or maybe get a good night’s sleep, and think a little bit about the dynamics of how you’re handling this situation. How would you expect a person who takes pride in his workmanship and reputation as a service provider to react to threats and extortion?
No matter what the situation was during the service, you indicated your approval and concluded the session. That’s was it then, a done deal. After you accepted the service performed and indicated that you were content with it, Al had no obligation to you other than his advertised offer to reflash you back to stock free of charge. His offer to go back in with you and re-tune things free of charge (and with him covering the non-labor expenses) now that you’ve changed your mind is quite generous. For him to offer to refund your money completely if you reflash back to stock is quite a gesture. You appear to not realize that he’s offering to make you whole, to put you back to where you were when you came in, with the stock flash and $400 in your pocket – what more could you ask?
So, Al lost his cool and got rude and insulting in reaction to your threat to call him names in public because he wouldn’t give you an arbitrary amount of money after you changed your mind about what you wanted and your satisfaction with the outcome of the servicing he performed to your specification. You’re right; he shouldn’t have gotten rude or insulting. But you have no position to condemn this as you are doing just the same, but even worse in that you’ve taken it to a public forum.
Bottom line is that you received exactly the service that you requested and paid for. You may now in hindsight wish that you had requested said service differently, but there is no one to be disappointed with other than yourself. It’s called buyer’s remorse and it happens to everyone.
I have two suggestions for you the next time that you find yourself in this type of situation: you’ll catch more flies with honey than vinegar, and your complaint will be taken infinitely more seriously if you construct it using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
It might be prudent for me to note that I’ve never met Al nor used his services. And it may also be helpful for you to know that your intended outcome from this attack on his service hasn’t made me or any of the other mature and logical members of this board lower our view of his results. Quite the opposite, in fact. I’d assume that every businessman who’s read this feels for the guy because we’ve all been where he’s at now – facing a loose/loose situation which you never had any control over to begin with.

Al, when you got the time please post Jinu0808 dyno numbers(what it should be, not the "safer" version). All in all, I agree with Al. Al offerred to resolve the situation but seems Jinu never attemps to want to go back to stock.
Jinu, I personally think you should take Al's offer for retune or let Al flash you back to stock and get your full refund.
