Clutch/ tranny problem

So i have been having some issues lately with my evo ix. A week ago i was just driving normally and i threw a SES light, but i noticed a noise in between shifting when i was boosting a little. ( sounded like when i pushed in the clutch like a reving noise, like one of those rev up toy cars, when you crank it and let the wheels spin). SO later in the day i hear a loud clank yaddy yaddy ya towed it. Scan the codes 2 p0300 and a o2 sensor code. Cleared the codes and haven't came back so far. Anyways when i start the car its this loud clanking noise almost like if you took a rod and put it on a gear and spun it. Then after the start up it idles perfectly smooth like it always should. Also when i give it gas it sounds like as i said (like some one put a metal rod on a gear and spun the gear almost) When i go to push the clutch in the RPMs go down and the car wants to die. Havent had much time to look into it but does anyone have any ideas what this could be??

help me its my DD cant even take the other **** car on the highway cause its so bad ahah??
