T/C oil drain pipe flange gaskets

The 16G turbo's oil drain pipe has a flange at each end. One flange mates up to the turbocharger's center housing while the flange at the lower end of the drain pipe mates up to the engine's oil pan.

Each oil drain pipe flange, that is the upper end and the lower end requires requires a distinct and different gasket, right? Each is roughly ovalshaped and secured via two bolts.

At any rate I have two different gaskets and I am assuming that each one of these is specifically destined for either one or the other end of the T/C drain pipe.

I have one gasket that is of a yellowish fibrous, organic, paperlike material which I assume is for the oil drain pipe/oil pan interface. I have a second gasket which is made of a thin, black, stamped metal material which i am assuming is destined for the interface between the turbocharger's center housing oil drain outlet to the entrance to the oil drain pipe.

Can someone with install experience, or parts knowledge help me to choose which of the two gaskets goes on the oil drainpipe's inlet flange and which goes on the outlet flange.

EDIT: I am in the process of installing my Red but just wanted to verify which gasket goes on which end of the oil drain pipe, Thanks!

The yellow gasket is the one that goes between the turbo and drain pipe.

Black metal gasket is the one that goes between the oil pan and drain pipe.

Thanks, Fongster! I think that the fibrous yellow one has replaced the earlier gasket which was made of a black rubberlike material. Also, since there were a lot of cases of leaks at this interface the new yellow gasket has a top side and a bottom side and thus should only be installed with the top side up. The Mitsubishi parts departments have information on the new gasket and its proper install orientation.
