Weird Engine problem

Hi my car is having some issues and i wanted to see if anyone could help me diagnose the problem.

As of late out of no where my car began acting up, when i start the car its making a very weird sound almost kind of sounds like a subaru it is very strange. It only makes the sound right when you start it up though, when i let it idle for about 30 seconds it goes back to acting normal.

I also have run into some heating problems, seems that my car was going through coolant for some reason. The temperature gauge when warmed up is also not exactly in the middle like it usually is, instead it sits a little lower then the middle mark. Im not sure but im guessing thermostat?!?!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Throwing any codes? Do a compression check and check your oil to see if it's milky. You want to rule out the head gasket.

No codes or anything, I'm gonna drain the oil today when I get out of work but from what I saw on the dipstick it looks normal. I am also gonna try to do a compression test today.

Did a compression check and it came out good. The coolant has been fine so far and have not had any problems, but that start up problem is killing me and i dont know what it is. Its like right when i start it up it sounds like a Subaru for a couple of seconds.

Maybe itll go away as mysteriously as it began? but maybe just try going through checking items such as spark plugs, ignition plugs, injectors? you know, stuff that is relevant to air and fuel and running the motor

maybe vacuum leak? since when something warms up it expands therefore causing the problem to stop
