I'll begin a build thread in October ' 10 . Mikey, you should have your cams then lol. J/k man. you'll be good when you get the cams.
Who build the motor? It seems about average. Shipping is gunna be almost 300 so not too bad if it was built correctly.

I'm not sure who built it, it may sound like a good deal, but it's not too much less and I don't know how well it's been balanced etc. crank has 6k miles but I'm worried that it might not be built properly, what insurance do i have? that's the problem

None. What sucks about buying used. If you buy it, I would have it checked out at least by a reputable shop

any motor that you buy unless you are there while they are doing it you need to get it and take it to a shop have them take it apart make sure its cleaned nothing damaged everything is in working order the crank turns etc and since they have it apart take the block and crank and have it cleaned at a machine shop. YOU ALSO WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU GETTING THE PARTS YOU PAID FOR!!!. Thats a huge issue now with people saying its built and its not. Im a perfect example had i just dropped my block in no telling how long it would have lasted. Had some spiderwebs in there dirty inside and one of the ibeam rods was shaved now of course only cost me anew ibeam rod and had to wait a week for machine shop to wash it all but now i know its A1 and ready for action. also got all the parts i paid new i was told was in it. lol and he thought they were h beam turns out they were i beam even better deal

I have heard bad things about everyone I know with a Seibon. I considered buy one but was told bad thinks which was further confirmed when a kid moved near me with a yellow evo and the same hood which cracked.
