I have a messed up upper ic pipe (mesh part that connects to the intake mani) should i replace that for 88$ or should I spend the little extra and get a hardpipe? I am on a decently strict budget and still need to stay in class for STU in autoX, any suggestions!?

 

Get a used hard pipe from someone in the for sale section.
