Hard starting after car sits!!

Im having an issue that i need a little help resolving maybe someone on here has experienced this before and could offer advice ,
First off this is an evo 9 stock ecu , this is not an issue with the tune car has always started perfectly , There are no engine lights.

On a COLD START CAR FIRES INSTANTLY ...
HOT RESTART CAR FIRES INSTANTLY ...
But if it sits after being fully warmed up for 5-60 minutes it will just crank over for about 6 seconds before actualy firing , Once fully cooled or close to it, it starts normaly again.

Ive pulled the plugs they look decent cleaned them had no affect on the issue
Is it possible this is a coil pack issue ?

Fuel is 93 octane from 'the store' gas station only ones who carry 93 around here.

The problem your describing rockman turned out to be the wire loom that comes into the car thru the driver side fender that was on my evo8 they arent waterproof from the factory and some people are having issues with water leaking down the wires and corroding the connector ,, car woulndt even crank over ...,, the issue with my 9 is that it still starts but cranks about 6 second before doing so.

i've had the same issue for years. i had greddy denso 660's then switched to pte 680's and have had the issue since. i've always assumed it's a leaky injector losing fuel pressure.

Def sounds more like an ignition problem than a fuel problem. Swap out coils one at a time so you can pin point it.

It sounds like a tuning issue. When its warm and wont start put the gas pedal to the floor while cranking and see if it fires right up. If it does its your tune.

It is not a tune issue i self tune and nothing has changed for nearly a year, i also tried reflashing to an older saved tune to be sure and nothing changed , coils will be swapped out this weekend thanks again for all the input
