Single loud click noise

Single loud click noise
Hey Guys,
Not sure if this is the section to post this as I'm not sure if this is a suspension or drivetrain issue...
When I come to a complete stop I hear this single loud click noise from right what seems to be coming from the front passenger side. Almost sounds like something is loose. Same sound occurs as I begin to accelerate from a stop. The performance shop I usually take my car to thinks it's a axle. My uncle says it could be a motor mount. At this point, I'm not sure what to think but I was hoping that someone here could offer any suggestions?

It might be brake shoe end play although it wouldn't happen exactly as you describe. There would be a click when backing and braking and then a click again when moving forward and braking.
My rear brakes do this. I don't see it as a concern.
