Forge 18 psi WGA

Will this work on the 10.5 hotside 8 turbo as well? I know it is mainly marketed to the 9 turbo guys but i want to run my 8 as hard as it can and am needing to hold boost pressure a little more to redline and possibly help spool. Thanks!

Are you confusing the Forge VIII WGA with the Forced Performance 18# WGA? Whatever the case, you should call the particular supplier and specify that yours is an VIII turbo and not a IX turbo. The VIII and IX turbos each require a different actuator rod. So call the supplier and specify the turbo.

I twice ordered the Forge WGA for a IX turbo from Lancershop and both times they sent me the wrong actuator. So, be cautious.

yes it will work cause the wastegate controls the flapper on your hotside, when it opens and closes.
