Upper I/C pipe, I/C chiller kit, or injectors & fuel pump? Which one?

I'm trying to figure out which would be better to get. Any suggestions? I have a few modes. See my mods list.

...to add to that, you, of course, can support more boost with the injector/pump combo. (No bottle to fill etc.) You can crank the boost up with your EBC, and tune it with your AFC... an all the time power adder. Buscher defeated the fuel cut to a degree with the AFC and larger injectors. Hell, if you buy injectors and a pump from him, he will probably give you fuel settings that are about 85-90% on from the get go.
From what i understand about the intercooler pipe is that i give you a quicker spool up and more airflow, cause there is alot , ALOT of bends in the piping. With more flow = more power and the one buschar sells is about 330 (upper pipe) But you will also need a battery relo or smaller unit.
