I put this cop on a friends race car that was making 700whp at the time he had major hiccups and ultra jerky idle. Once he put this on.. car drove perfectly... As soon as that happened I knew I had something special!!

do you think you need the cdi is the question ? if you are going to run alot of boost on a bigger turbo e85 or n2o i would say its the better choice but the sparktech non cdi is good for 700hp they say so do you plan on making more ? and do you wanna spend the money ? notice the price diffrence.

Another plus for the Spoolin is that if you already employ something like the HKS DLI, you can still use it in conjunction with. Still more spark!

After seeing the craftmanship of both units, I would still have to vote for paying more money since there is a huge whole in the hood for water and everything else to come in on it. Just my 02 cents.

I would have to say the quality of connectors and wiring would be a big advantage when you have heat and weather from the big hole in the hood.

There's actually a drain in the valve cover that takes care of pooled water. As long as that isn't clogged your golden. I've never heard of an issue with water! (The drain is in the back left of the valve cover).

Harnesses are made from Military grade Teflon wire and high heat fiberglass sleeve. I only use Stainless Steel and Aluminum for mounting coils....no corrosion. All connectors are sealed fully so water is no issue.

Also, the New coil kits I offer fit under the valve cover.

I'm running the SpoolinUp used kit... 40+ psi, E85, HTA35R

There has been no breakup with my plugs gapped at .28 / 617whp & 517wtq on a low reading Mustang. Will be going back to push it even further
