239.9 WHP on my stock evo charts attached
Do you think I need to worry about mods to my car and it getting lean? Also how good is that thing in the tail pipe? That and boost is all he had hooked up.

If these are your WHP numbers, why does it say "Fly Wheel Power" and "Fly Wheel Torque" at the top of all the charts? It looks like they're adding a % to estimate power at the crank. Billing this as your WHP is deceptive
I'd like to hear someone knowledgeable comment on his A/F ratio.
I was thinking that stock evos should be in the 10s or even richer when stock. It this a measurement issue (innacurate reading)? If he's really running that lean, it would be quite dangerous for him to lean it too much more, right?
Thanks,
FB

I know, it says that on the charts but it was wheel HP, if you look at the last chart most people get 222 whp with there evo. Again I am smart enough to know it's not FWHP maybe some are not as smart. lol

Okay, do you think I should get it dynoed somewhere else? I was also worried a little about the mods running lean, like the vishnu stage 1+

It's not too lean, in fact it still is rich, just not as rich as other EVO's is all.

Good numbers...
But the mineral oil thing is silly

Best bet is to remove that as quickly as possible and replace it with a mineral oil. As for the A/F ratio on the dyno chart I have to agree with Silver Surfer that more likely than not the O2 sensor is failing. Same thing happens with ours when it is starting to crap out.
Thanks Brett. I ordered cams today. Need to know when you have the xede, cam gears set to stage 1+ settings, and turbo back sig series. I will dyno again after at the same dyno and see how well the car does.

Yes leaner than most. I also have a Dyanapack and we register usually 229-234 whp although one car did get 239 albeit running a bit richer than you. Congrats though. THat car is very strong.

Nice numbers.
I dynoed my car Friday and put 223.5 hp - 236.4 trq on a Mustang Dyno. I have a HKS down pipe and carbon-ti cat back. They told me the numbers would be lower than a Dynojet so I'm not really sure what it would make on one.
Anybody have any ideas what it would make? They told me it was about a 20% difference, but in my post I was quickly corrected.

Hmmm, Dan at MachV dyno'd his car on a Dynapak the first time he dyno'd it. His numbers were nearly identical to ours on our 2wd dynojet. He made 250 whp and 260 ft lbs. That compared to ours on a 2wd dynojet of 254 whp and 260 ft lbs.
Just some input.
