Thread Pitch for Clutch Line

On my quartermaster hydraulic TOB I've eliminated the hard line and am planning on going straight from the old braided line right to the line attached to the TOB. I got a male-male brass fitting that was close but not quite right. Anyone know the exact thread pitch?

Even if someone could tell me if the threads are NPT or whatever else that'd be a big help.

It's a 10 x 1mm flare. Now I need to know where I can find a male to male union for these two hoses.
