Well, I will probably be purchasing one of these soon, and I actually want to see how well their NO CEL 3" pipe works......for those who have one...could you please tell me, Yeah, ive gotten a CEL with it, or NO, I havent gotten one yet!!

 

I've got the ur turbo back exhaust, a great kit btw, with the test pipe and I have gotten no cel yet.

 

these threads are getting OLD and very very fast. PLEASE do a search. this topic has been brought up atleast 3 times EVERY WEEK!

 

Perhaps this topic does come up once a week. But, I have yet to see any definitive results from people. It goes off-topic quite quickly.

 

NO CEL! Just as they promise! You will have to extend you O2 sensor because of the design of their pipe.

 

I guess you think im some kind of noob right??? haha.... yeah...a search doesnt turn out the results i am looking for....Hey it's my money...not yours...so let me decide what it takes to confirm if i want to buy it or not.

 

It does not cause a CE light at all - have sold and installed many at this point

Yeah and pay about $20 in shipping from Canada, geesh yeah, you would be stupid not to want to pay that shipping cost. Listen UR is GREAT company with outstanding customer support, but Z1 is a respected reseller by many. UR probably sold a large quantity of these to Z1 so they made their profit without having to make their customers here in the states blow extra dough for shipping and without making their customers wait the lengthy amount of time for shipping from Canada. Consider yourselves lucky as I had to do both.

 

Maybe I have missed this, but nobody has ever said why the UR test pipe doesnt throw a CEL. The perrin one doesnt because of a circut, is that how UR does it? I mean there has to be something eles there.

I would also like to know how you extend your o2 sensor as someone stated ?

 

do you really have to for the UR??? i thought it should be a basic bolton??
