FP Black 25 PSI

do you guys think a FP black on 25PSI on stock motor "with cams" is too much for the stock motor to handle?

It's going to make some power that's for sure, but there's been crazier setups on the stock block.

Maybe keep the torque down a tiny bit if you want it to for surely last a while.

I'd think you'd enjoy an FP Red and cams on the stock block on 93 octane. But, if you're going to E-85 or meth injection, then the FP Black with Kelfords or GSC S2 would be very spiffy on the stock block... Looks like you have all the right supporting mods.

Just make sure you get it tuned by someone good!
Dont be tempted to drive around for a few weeks etc after you put it on.
Organise a tune, put on the black, then nana it there or trailer it. Dont risk it.

Check my post in the ECUFlash forum regarding the FP Black

I'm going through the ropes of tuning it right now.....currently at 25psi (however I'm not on a stock block) Still a good indication of the power/tq

You should be good on a Black at 25psi as long as it is tuned safely and you keep up on maintenance. It is never guaranteed though

Also, do you have Springs and Retainers for the Kelfords?

We have built and tuned quite a few stock block Evo's that have made good power and are holding up! Check out our Gallery!
