Don't buy a clutch from ebay. If your looking for a good clutch on a budget and your not launching the car a whole lot.. I would do a exedy single.. I had lockout issues with ACT as well as a disk that fell apart.. I would also tell you not to buy a Spec clutch... they are notoriously bad. I know from personal experience. I run the Exedy twin in mine.. but im pushing over 4 to the wheels.
Exedy is a very good choice, but is slightly more expensive than Act. Act is a hit or miss. Some have no trouble at all with Act clutches, but for others they can be a nightmare. I think a lot of it comes down to correct or incorrect installation. Exedy twin is a great choice.
I'm probably gonna need a new clutch soon as well do any of you guys have experience with the fidanza 3.2??? It has a good write up on this site and I don't see too many people mentioning it. ACT and Exedy are the popular brands I guess.
CBRD FTW! Wait... Wrong topic...
Anyway... I see it like this:
ACT = The rebel racers choice. (I'm not paying 1500 for a clutch and it works just fine! HA! I never tried Exedy tho)
Exedy Twin = The "I follow EvoM advice" racers choice. (I paid 1500 for a clutch and I'm not sorry for it one bit)
I've driven both and the comparison is... Well there isn't any. Exedy Twin hands down. The price tag is twin too though.
However I'd say that it mainly all comes down to what you do with the car. If you want a smooth clutch that stands up to the abuse - Exedy, no questions asked.

Well looks like some of the guys gave you decent input on what clutch you should get, not get or which clutch is the "hype" clutch, ha.
I would wanted to say get the Exedy - Twin Disk because i liked that clutch for 2 purposes. Tracking (Redline) and street driving. I do more Redline than street driving and the Twin Disk is doing me pretty darn good for the price i paid or even the price in general.
The ACT - HDSS, XTSS, or any of those models are good, but i haven't had "personal" experience on any of them, except the HDSS, but i only had that clutch for about 3k miles and never tracked on that.
Well goodluck on your find for the clutch, hope you find what suits you and hope you can get a good deal on one.
