whats the difference between brass and stainless steel pressure sensors? (apart from the obvious)

Stainless steel is almost triple the price over the brass.

Will the brass sensor be fine for general oil and fuel pressure sensing? Or am i missing something here?

Both are rated to the same operating temps etc

different manufactures. accuracy figure tells story.. +/- 3% for cheaper unit. +/- .5% for quality

 

And stainless if E85 safe
