Do a Compression Test... Well if it doesn't crank anymore then you got another problem. Recheck all sensors. And you might of also killed that battery from trying to start so many times.

U want to try and swap out the MAF sensor with another if you can. I just went through something similar except I just couldn't start up one day. We had fuel and spark. Battery was new and good. Once I swapped the MAF with one of my friend's evo the car fired right up. It was on a Evo X, but give it a try.

Good Luck

Thank you so much for all the ideas. I will update once I get it towed home to really take a look. I believe the battery is dead from me trying to start it so many times so that might explain why it doesnt crank anymore.

Here are what I think might be wrong...

1. bad coils
2. no compression (i have NOT done a compression test yet)
3. bad MAF
4. jumped timing
5. bad crank angle sensor
6. bad cam sensor
8. bad gas

Okay. Got it back and Im not happy right now. I just checked the trans peep hole and there are some metal shavings in there from my new Exedy Twin Disc. Im thinking that the fly is screwed. I know that I had to continuely adjust the clutch pedal every few days higher so Im assuming that it kept pushing the the TB in more and causing it to seize the flywheel. Now would that seize the motor as well? I drained the oil and did not see any metal shavings in it. The timing belt is also tight and it has not jumped timing.

It still will not start right now. Cranks but it wont start. I swapped the MAF and coils with another MR and its still the same. Would something like this kill the motor? I know that even with a clutch thats totally done that it will still start fine. Now im beginning to think that my motor is seized or something but how? Guess Ill have to pull the oil pan to know for sure.

Let me know your thoughts

just tried cranking by hand and it cranks so i dont think its seize. It wasnt that easy though but Im assuming the clutch and fly has something to do with it.

Check the plug in the front right part of your engine/head to the right of where your throttle cable runs on the front. Mine was loose/not connecting and it was causing all kinds of weird starting stalling because as the engine vibrated it connected/disconnected.

Bring it down to the shop and I'll figure it out.
For now do the basic.
Check for fuel. Not fuel pump sound but fuel pressure.
Check for spark.
Check injector pulse.
Check compression.
Check the cam sensor plug and crank sensor plug.
It also threw a maf code so try another one.

Let me know if you need more help

If I can afford it.

Anyways, motor is barely cranking when using the key so I have not been able to check for compression or spark. Im in the process of ripping out the trans to see whats up with my new exedy td and all the metal shavings coming out of the peep hole.

Also, the CEL was for random misfire and IAT, not MAF. We swapped the MAF with another evo 9's and its still the same. Also, not the cam angle sensor as I unplugged that and the motor wont crank, plugged it back in and its back to cranking but not starting.

Now, would something like this make the motor shut off or break?
