Intake Manifold Upgrade
Here is the new BJCH Intake Manifold here. This should definitely bump the whp numbers our EVO's are capable of. Featuring flowbenched improved airflow with tapered tuned-length runners and a calibrated surge tank. It fits stock TB to start out and comes predrilled to also accept a 75mm Accufab TB. This unit comes with one -8AN fuel rail and can be built with a second similar rail and direct port nitrous bosses for additional fee ($150 and $50). It includes five taps for accesories on the opposite end of the surge tank from the TB flange and can also come with a MDP sensor bung for stock engine management guys. It has a throttle cable tab already on and ready to go. You will need to bend your oil dipstick some to fit this unit on.
These manifolds have shown to give amazing improvements; especially in midrange and top end torque.
The prices are on my website if you are interested; this is technical, not vendor forum here although I will say they are in stock and ready to ship.
Just thought everyone would like to see these and if anyone has questions or discussions, let 'er rip.

Here is a comparison with stock manifold from the end to get an idea of the tapered runners and surge tank size.

TB end where it shows it is ready to rock with stock TB or bolt up an Accufab 75mm TB and bore the flange out to match.
Note that that opening fits your 60mm TB to give you an idea of the scale of this thing.

Here is the last one. This shows the flange that mounts to your head. The runners look small on this end but it does match ported heads and the stock gasket perfectly. Note the smooth runners. This manifold blocks off the EGR port from the head and therefore eliminates EGR system and any messy, clunky blockoff plates.

LOL, sorry about that.
But I am sure the stuff you do get makes you happy, though.
Throwing a code with the EGR, hmm. I am not sure on the EVO. I know the DSM's really don't. The worst case is you have to leave the EGR equipment connected like the boost control solenoid.

Any posibility of getting these to work with the stock fuel supply and return lines instead of -8 AN fittings? I just spent some $$$ on a FPR addaptor to bolt up to my stock fuel rail.
