Harsh angle in BOV recirc line, is this bad??
I have a Tial QR on my car and it recirculates into my Buschur 84mm intake pipe.
The recirc hose takes a very sharp turn down to connect to the intake, and there is no way to remedy this by turning or changing the angle of the intake pipe. I even tried getting a different hose and making it different lengths to try to eliminate the kink, but it doesnt work.
I believe it's bad for this kink to be in the line, because ultimately it is causing backpressure, correct? I can get a picture later after Im out of work. The hose goes from O to (), if you get what I mean. The reason I began getting concerned is my friend just got a tial QR on his car and he is recirculating it into the stock intake pipe (no air box) and he has no kink in his line, but his bov sounds very precise and quick and 100% different from mine.
Mine sounds like a raspy low pitched chuckle (like huh-huh-huh-huh) and his is 1 mid pitch chirp and its done, no extra noise or huffing. I dont give a crap how it sounds, I just want to fix it because mine sounds like air flow is restricted badly based off how his sounds.
