clutch problems...not disengaging fully

exedy twin hd - been on the car for ~20,000 miles and the i started noticing some gear lockout. swapped fluids yesterday, and if anything, the shifting has gotten worse. went to adjust the clutch pedal but the rod was almost all the way out. if anybody has any suggestions please let me know, thanks!

Try bleeding the system? You should make sure the clutch fork is fully extending when u push the clutch in. If not u may have a hydralic issue.
