Clutch pedal adjustment
Hey guys,
So I adjusted my clutch pedal today, I followed jacks transmission adjustment video on you tube. Now it seems like my clutch pedal is sooo long, and it catches right at the very end. It goes into gear well and feels good shifting, I just don't like where the clutch catches and how long the clutch pedal travel is now, help?

Makes me wonder, when adjusting the pedal does it change the amount of "throw" of the throwout bearing? Maybe it just changes the leverage in tern same "throw" just with less distance of the pedal....
I'll probably test it out one of these days by marking the adjustment rod to see how the travel changes with each different adjustment settings.

Is there any other negative to having a long traveling pedal other than the "long travel feeling?"
I adjusted the pedal because I was having problems getting into the gears and now I no longer have the shifting problems, but the travel feels "long."
I don't mind having a long travel in the pedal as long as I don't have problems shifting. However, I would like to know if having a clutch pedal with a long travel would cause other problems?
Thanks in advance!

The total goal is to adjust the slave to have maximum travel in order to engage and disengage the throw out bearing, I have not heard of anything bad about having long pedal travel
