white smoke after wot
I would say its an issue with the turbo seals... Do like buchneri said and check the turbo for shaft play and see if its within spec. This is always a good way to tell how worn out the bearing section is. Since you have an 8 your in luck if it is just the turbo. 10.5 8 turbos can be had for around 400 bucks shipped
You're turbo is most likely shot. Remove your lower intercooler pipe and check for oil in it and in your turbo outlet pipe. Also, check for shaft play up/down/left/right/in/out.

Its a pcv problem. PPl blame seals in the turbo all the time but what is most likely happening is crankcase pressure is getting high enough to not allow oil to reutrn from the turbo into the pan. I would start with a compression test.
I was having the same exact issues as the OP and it turned out to be turbo seals.
FWIW I had little to no shaft play. I though it was the PCV also, replaced it and it was the same.
Another thing to do is check your #4 plug. Mine was filthy because the oil the was being pushed into the intake and because #4 is closest to the throttle body it was draining right down the intake runner and making everything in that cylinder a complete mess. I looked at it with a boreascope and it was ugly.
If your still not 100% have a leakdown test done. It will tell for sure weather its the rings, valve seals, turbo seals, etc..

I had a fueling issue and thought it was my coolant, I would shoot white smoke when my A/C was turned on and without it on no white smoke. Not sure if you've added a bigger turbo or needed a tune recently but that may be it.
I'd definitely check the PCV system. The smoke color does not always like to agree with what ppl commonly associate with the causes. If it smells like burnt oil and happens after WOT it sounds like you have crankcase pressure that is not being relieved. Which is why the dipstick was popping out. Also why oil is in the intake system.
Looking through this thread I see something that is being overlooked. The dipstick was popping which indicates high crankcase pressure. It could be ring blow by, a bad PCV valve or lack of venting. Whatever the cause, the turbo is fed pressurized oil which then drains to the crankcase. Put pressure in the crankcase and you are blocking the drain. So, oil that normally would drain to the pan, is forced into the intake.
