Let me know what you find out.. I'm having the SAME exact issue. I recently changed both front wheels bearings JIC and I have brand new tires and did my alignment at a reputable shop as well.

I'm not getting a "clicking noise" but it does vibrate pretty bad when I make right turns and it gets worse when I accelerate.

If I find anything out before you figure it out I'll let you know.

 

Are you talking low speed sharp right turns? If so, that is completely different that what he seems to be describing.
