Post cam position sen. SES light still

ive posted about this before in general and newbie threads. i just need more feedback if possible. in the beginning of spring, i had kelford 272's installed and tuned with no SES light. a week later the light came on for P0365 which was my intake cam position sensor. sure enough it was cracked in half almost. i went to mitsu n bought the sensor, came home and installed it. but the light will not go away no matter what i do. ive had it re tuned, ecu reset, checked voltage, timing, oil lines, etc. i know im not the only evo owner with the problem, but IF ANYONE HAS FOUND THE ANSWER PLEASE HELP ME OUT. any other suggestions will be appreciated also. thanks

also- cams dont lope much, oil light flashes occasionally very dim, torque wont break 330ish on Mustang Dyno, limp mode FTL

cam overlap causes "lope", with mivec you can tune out the "lope". If you want lope you can get your tuner to put it in with the mivec map, but you will use more gas etc.

how did you crack the original sensor? overtightening?

the sensor breaking is a mystery, i dont know or understand how, it was cracked in half when i popped the hood. it wasnt overtightened cuz it broke the part the plug goes into.

That's weird. I have the same code on my evo and I got it after I installed my HKS 272s... Even after the tune the light is still on. I'm wondering what the hell it could be...
