Front O2 Sensor Info Needed

Ok so my front o2 sensor is locked at .1% STFT on evoscan. My car is a 2000 Eclipse with the 2003 Evo ECU (94170008). I have a brand new Denso 234-4741 front o2 sensor. I have continuity from all wires from the ecu to the sensor so that is checked off. This is how I have it wired up:

Denso-------->ECU
Black wire------->Brown/White tracer wire (o2 heater front, pin 60)
Black wire-------->Red wire (12 volt supply, can't remember pin #)
White wire-------->Black wire (ground, pin 92)
Blue-------->White wire (front o2 signal, pin 76)

Is this wired correctly?
