Ryan:
I am trying to get in touch with you, but without much success. Are you guys ever in the shop? I am assuming you got the package with the returned downpipes (mine and degmans)? When can I expect to get a refund?

Also, in all honesty, I believe you should refund Degman's money as well. I know that the product has been technically used, but consider the circumstances. He has paid for 3 installations all because of the faulty flange. The money he spend on it would have bought him another downpipe. The 2nd DP (mine) has the same issue, and the only reason I know it is b/c of Degman's problems.

Thanks,

Filip

FWIW, I got one of the first cat backs from RnR and had ealy production fitment problems with it as well. Ryan worked with me to replace it with a corrected one (which fit perfectly) and eventually refunded me the shipping costs to send it back to him.
