after driving my car for a little ill turn it off and when i turn it back on anytime before like an hour. rpms go down to like 500 shake and go up to 750 and it stays there fine for the rest of the time im driving. and no its not tuned yet i just put on a cbe tho.

 

Depends on who your idol is.

Get it tuned first, it will usually fix most idle problems.

 

Yeah tune it first. It could be residual fuel
