Turbo Compressor Outlet Pipe Nipple (J Pipe) Question

Hey all,

I have a question regarding the evo 9 turbo compressor housing nipple. I've been running the FP race version of the turbo compressor outlet pipe and that pipe did not have a nipple. However, since I switched my licp to the ets kit, I can't use the race pipe (no nipple) anymore as the ets licp only fits the stock j pipe, unless modified. I was wondering, can I just plug the stock 9 j pipe nipple? I already have 3 vacuum lines running up above via a tee (bov, wastegate, intake manifold) and it has been working fine. Please let me know if it's okay to just plug the nipple and not use it.

Yes it can be capped. People generally use that for the boost source for a boost controller.

I thought that it may be capped off as I am already using another line for my mbc. Thanks for the information!
