Exhaust leak... Buschur port. o2, bolted to AMS downpipe.

Alright, I have a leak. Its def. noticable to the ears, and you can feel it if you put your hands bu the gasket. My question is with the buschur o2 housing, and the ams downpipe. What gasket do I need to use. I have a oem donught gasket. Is this possibly why there is a leak? Does and one have this setup. I know like buschurs downpipe you dont need a gasket. You can basically see the donught when this is all tightened down. Should I try a flat 3" gasket?

Sorry about that last post, my phone is acting up. I have an ams downpipe, not a Buschur. The downpipe is mated up to a Buschur o2 housing. I think I'm gonna get a vibrant 3" gasket to see if it's the donut that is causing the leak. Anyone else know

Do you have the Buschur ported stock o2 housing, or the other one? What kind of flange is on it?

What kind of flange is on the ams downpipe?

I Don't have the ported stock, I have their other one. I got it all installed when my build was done. I believe the ams is flat flange. To tell ya the truth I forget. I just know with the donut that it is leaking and you pretty much see the donut and feel it if you put your hands down there

alright, got an oem gasket. Tried to install it. Sliped on the buschur o2 housing with a little shaving done. Started to bolt up , and the bolts wouldn't thread in any more. They were hitting, so that it wouldnt pull the two pipes together! Does any one know i there are different sized bolts? With it as tight as it will go there is a gap where you can feel the downpipe donut

i had this same problem.. i thought i cracked my exhaust manifold.. So i took it off and nothing was cracked!

so i jacked the car up in the air. I was looking around to see if i have an cracks in the 02, or the downpipe now. About after looking for 30 mins i found out the problem. I was missing 1 of the 5 bolts from the 02 going to the turbo that was my problem. went to home depot and bought a bolt problem fixed.

Plan B: take off the exhaust Mani, 02, downpipe and you will see the problem
