You can have a tiny turbo at 30psi but if its not putting much power/tq, then why would they you be concerned about your block?
i agree with ya here, 30psi on a FP black is a lot different than 30psi on a stock 16g. Its a matter of how much HP and TQ your motor will hold. These blocks are pretty stout stock imo

Completely depends upon the condition of the internals, the fuel being used, and how good the tune is.....so pretty much gonna be different for every car that is no longer stock, so crank up the boost and find where yours blows up then you will know where its limit was and then build it!

At one point I was running 28 PSI on OEM turbo and 33 on BBK Full. The HKS I expect to get it as high as 36-39 PSI Trying to to get as close to 500 whp without having to go big turbo.

And the reason I said boost doesn't matter is because 30 PSI on a BBK full is not the same as 30PSI on a FP Black or Red or HTA/PTE anything.

Boost doesn't matter. The whp/wtq does.

When there's an extra hole in the block, you'll know it was too much?
