How much Boost can a stock block hold?

title says all ment to write with Meth injection in the title...

im doing Meth injection very soon and would like to know what is a good target boost level that is too crazy.. guess what im trying to say is what do most people run with an FP Black n Meth boost wise

Boost shouldnt be the question....TQ should be....most people say keep it under 450 lb of tq.......obviously there are some that like to tempt fate.

got a friend with a stock block with fp green running 25 pounds are has no problem. You should be alright as long as its under 30

you are right about keeping it under 450tq... just like i just couldnt run 35PSI on a stock block it would blow up!

what could be a DD PSI level that isnt ridiculous

I'm pushing 32 psi without issue on E-85 and stock block.

I have been running 30-32 for a few years and something around 50000mi. Stock block and head except for cams and cam gears.

I run 29psi on a stock block with my 35r. No issues for atleast 5k miles

I've ran as high as 46psi on the fp black which produced 580wtq @4050rpms. That was due to a boost controller malfunction but the dyno recorded it before I was able to abort the pull. These motors can handle a ton, I daily drove over 500wtq on my FP Red @38psi daily for over a year.

ok so after seeing all of this i think it is safe to say im good run 30PSI n DD it with meth!

Ya, isn't boost irrelevant? shouldn't you be just concerned with hp/tq?

You can have a tiny turbo at 30psi but if its not putting much power/tq, then why would they you be concerned about your block?
