FP GREEN #'s on stock everything?93/no meth

Looking for someone who is running.......
100% stock engine
-FP Green hta
-pump gas 93 oct
-normal boost levels
-no meth/e85/ect.
Looking to see what kind of #'s you made as well as driveability. I am looking at doing a fp green soon, looking as far as spool vs stock as the car's primary use is autox. The fp white seems to be an option but I am leaning to the green bc it seems to be a great all around turbo.
stock turbo makes full boost at 3k firm. I could give up 3500 but not more then that.(makes 23psi by 3k in 3rd gear)
Thanks everyone for the help!!!

Full boost by 3K ? When do you start your runs ?

MY HTA can hit 24 psi around 3500 in 3rd gear if I start the run around 2500. It sounds like you want a smaller turbo if you want to hit by 3000 rpm. Frankly if that is the case, you should just stick with a 9 turbo.

If you are looking for stock like spoolup I would recommend a BBK or the new HKS turbo. An FP white also may not be a bad choice as they can be had for relatively cheap and you will not loose any spool.

What gear are you doing a pull in which results in full boost by 3000? I find that hard to believe...

If I were to buy a turbo today my vote would be a BBK as it has proven itself, however the HKS turbo seems like a nice piece so as more time passes I might be more inclined to purchase that turbo.

As far as drivability is concerned, between the turbos you are looking at your they should all be relatively the same as they all spool relatively quick. A larger factor on drivability is the tune of your car so assuming the maps are smooth your car should feel smooth.

Personally, I would go with the new B.B. HKS turbo for Auto-X. Better transient response and rate of spool than either of the two comparable journal bearing turbos(BBK-Full, & HTA Green) and similar pump gas power.
