new motor clutch turbo weird problems help please

So i just built my head and replaced all bearings in the lower end and piston rings. I also put arp rod bolts, main studs, and head studs. I also put a act 6 puck clutch, light weight flywheel, and pressure plate. And for a turbo i purchased a fp black ported.
So i started the car for the first time everything was well drove to my tuner in the morning got it tuned all still well on my way home the car would do this sometimes in any gear i get the turbo to like 3-5 psi and let go of gas pedal i would hear a loud squeak noise like metal quickly rubbing metal and car wouldn't go into boost then if i take it out of gear rev it a bit or pull over shut the car off for a couple sec it goes into boost fine after that. The car does this non stop its annoying and also i have a check engine light for p0118 and the car will not hold idle i have to consistently rev it to keep it on. i don't know if its all related or not. The tuner didnt have any of these problems on the dyno only the idle and he said its idle air control valve. On a good note car made 450whp 401tq on a dyno dynamics.

it sounds like the idling and not staying running is the iac valve to me. The metal sounds could just be the lightneded flywheel when the car studders and shuts off.

DTC P0118: Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input

Check your coolant temp sensors, esp the ecu one.

Since you just did all this work I would double check that.

Good Luck
