You could always make a gasket to match it and transfer it to the haed and match the runners to the intake.

 

That's what I think, inside the porting looks good.

 

 

theres a scam thread and i think you need to post this in there! whoever did that has to be pretty damn stupid.. i wonder wtf they used? a random rock from the garden? <-- thats him working on the intake manifold.

 

Was not trying to imply PPI had actually done the porting, just was told that when purchasing. Thanks for verifying, it certainly doesn't look like any of your work I've seen on here. Did not see pics. of openings before purchase

 

PPI wouldn't be in business or allowed to vendor on here if they did that kind of work. I think he could port better then that with chopsticks holding a rock. PPI does great work.

Yeah it looks ****ty but as long as the opening is bigger than the port it will work out ok. I bet there is no power lost or gained compared to a stock.

 

Maybe they were going for a vortex generator type of deal.

You should get your money back. If the seller was not truthful about the porting job, who knows what other surprises the manifold has been through.

 

Sorry for being off topic, but the pics a few posts up of the real PPI port looks amazing.
