A choice of two clutches

Hi guy's i need a little advice please.

If you were running an FP 73HTA Green flat out on a 2.2ltr stroker which would be the better choice of these two.

ACT MD7 HDSS

ACT MB7-XTSS

Street driven, no drag racing but some curcuit action. Looking for the closest to stock like feel that can cope with the set up.

Cheers

Andy

Andy - I think you should go with an Exedy or other multi-plate setup. I have not had any issues with my ACT, but many have....

I have a Carbonetic Twin at the end of it's life after a second set of plates. Never again!

A few people use the ACT MD7 HDSS over here in UK without issue but you guys have had more experience than us in this aspect of tuning.

I need to know if the MD7 HDSS will handle the torque or should i get the MB7-XTSS for the head room. I know about using a throw out bearing and i will put it on my spare OEM Flywheel after it's been skimmed.

Cheers
