So did you just install the turbo or has it been on for 4 months?
From what you are saying it sounds like you just installed it and now have bearing noise.
Did you prime the turbo with oil before runnning the engine?

A good buddy of mine just had a brand new less than 500 mile precision 6265 take a dump and needed warranty replaced... The bearings failed for an unknown reason.

There is for sure a 1 year warranty on their turbos so call Mike and talk to him.

Call precision directly. They will tell you to fill out the card that came with the turbo in the box and just write down were you purchased it from AWD along with all your info. They will warranty it 100%
