I have a 2005 Evo 8 with intake, exhaust with test pipe, and STOCK TURBO. I recently installed a boost gage ( my evo did not come with one). I noticed that the boost went to 20psi but then tapered off to 15psi. If I put a boost controler on the car and set it to 20psi would the boost stay at 20psi?

Also would it be safe or will i have to get it tuned?

would I get a check engine light?
