Recently swapped from 6-speed to 5-speed and upon sitting in my car today, my friend with a short shifter in his 5-speed Evo mentioned that our shifters feel very similar. Having never driven a 5-speed Evo without a short shifter or seen the linkage, I have no way to tell if mine has one or not. I bought the shifter base/shifter from someone on here who did not mention any short shifter.

Here it is in all its naked glory, waiting for a Redline shift boot and a shift knob from the GF for Christmas. So what do you think guys, stock or not? If not stock, what could it be?
