6262 will be way to big if your only looking for just 450-500. I would recommend a 35R for that power. You can make the power with a 3076 but you will be pushing close to 30psi for the 500 range. If you plan on pump gas, the 35R would be your best bet.Thanks,

I heard that theres a PTE 5830 out now, that might also be a nice option for 500HP
