Spark Plugs help me read please

Mileage : 37k
Mods: HTA Green, intercooler & licp, Injectors, mbc, o2 housing, 3" TBE, headstuds and an E85 tune. My tune includes a/f ratios starting around 12-12.2 richening down to 11.8 at redline.

The plugs have a gap set to .022. I'm also boosting 30 psi and holding it for most of the rpm range until near redline it tapers to 28 slowly and holds to 7.5k rpms. There arent any spark blowouts at the current gap and I'm tuned for 0 counts of knock. (at the time)

Prior to E85, I was on the stock turbo tune on 93 boosting 24 psi holding 21 at redline with same mods minus intercooler and injectors.

Oil currently Amsoil 10w 40 but I dont like it very much, I feel it is way too thick for my oem clearance and will be changing to 5w 30 Amsoil 3000 series diesel oil as soon as it arrives.

Based on some online "read your plugs" picture/instructions I guess they seem fine but IMO just are normally worn and need to be replaced now.

What you guys think?

The plugs are in order if looking from the front bumper their from passenger side to driver side.

The gap is not the same on all the plugs. Seen from left to right when viewing the pic, the plug furthest to the left is burning the best, has the best color, and has the smallest gap. In general, looks like the fuel mixture is a tad lean, and/or the plugs are one heatrange too hot.

I checked the gap like 200 miles ago and they were all at the .022 . I think maybe its the angle their sitting in the picture that's showing them slightly different?

For the record I didnt do any WOT pulls before pulling them out, not sure if that would make any difference. I havent really done much searching on this, but would I really need to go a step colder with the mods listed above? I suppose my estimated power level would be along the mid to low 4XX whp.

Thanks for the input.

Also from just the pic, would you say they are about time to replace or should I regap smaller and run them some more. Again I dont have any spark blow out issues @ WOT with current settings.

They look fine. If you're on a 7 heat range, drop it to 8. Gap is ok. If you're not getting blow out then keep it at .022" gap. I would invest in Coilpacks just because it's a good mod that works well with higher boost levels.
