Help, Trany and Clutch issue.

Im currently replacing my clutch in my evo 8, after dropping the tranny out, I look at it. And the 2 pieces on the tranny casing that hold the ( i forget what its called) pronged piece, looks like a Y that comes out of the clutch indicator are broken. I'm not going to weld these pieces back on, because i know that it will just break again. Do I need to get a new Trans? Can i buy just the trans case? Is there a cheap way to do this without welding because I'm extremly low on cash due to xmas. Please I need some help with this. I can post pictures later if needed. Thanks.

** Clutch Fork. The Tranny housing has 2 semi circles with 2 springs. Those 2 semi circles broke off.
