help P0170

Ok I got the issue so far fixed with my other code P0505 and this was a code with it but clears up and I think was masked by the other code. I replaced my TB aperture shaft seals, intake Mani to tb gasket, IAC Motor and cleaned the TB to look like new as well. I had the sas mode via evoscan 2.5 reset and the biss screw was adjusted and set at 850. Now the P0170 code is back, I have not found any leaks and I do have larger injectors. Im running fic 1050cc inj and my tuner thinks it might be that the injectors need to be scaled down some more. I tend to backfire 1-2 2-3 and 3-4 shift at low rpms when its warm. I searched and no definit solutions have been mentioned.
