Exclamation Mikey's Single Scroll FP Black

Hey guys, well after months of work and time put into this by my buddy Eric (R/TErnie) and the English Racing guys, I finally have my single scroll FP Black in the car. We have also put a Tial 44mm wastegate on the car to help hold boost better out the top along with a double pumper just to make sure I don't run out of fuel.

Currently the car is a bit more laggy that I anticipated but we are working a few angles to see how much spool we can save. Right now the car spools about 1k rpms slower however, on 18psi the car feels ungodly FAST and pulls extremely hard out the top.

I will be uploading pics later when the time is right, but the car will be on the dyno first thing tomorrow. We are not sure how far we are going to push the car. I am about to transfer from WA to VA and don't want to have any unexpected problems. We will make for a good dyno, that's for sure!

This will be a before and after with the single scroll FP Black. None of us are sure what it will do for power. It will either do one of the three: Make power, stay the same, or lose power... Hopefully not the last two... I just thought I would share our work/testing with the rest of the community.

So on a 2.0 it probably wouldn't be worth it. Curious for results. Good luck

Not 100% on the a/r without dissecting it... but should be at least a 92a/r Not much more info till it hits the dyno tomorrow. Don't want to get my hopes up if it doesn't perform like we hope!

My bet is that it does all three. Loses power down low, makes the same power at 5000rpm, and then makes more power until redline

Unless the compressor just can't handle it up top, it should defnitely make power.

Good luck man! If you can, text me when you have finalized numbers, I wanna see

I should have guessed that R/T Ernie was behind this mystery. LOL
