Bov Question??

I have a tial 50 mm bov on my 9 and hear it loud at part and half throttle but not full throttle is this normal??.I have it hooked up to a vac valve is it causing some type of interference with it blow off rather then have it straight of the manifold or it doesn't matter? The mac valve is a 3 port.

PIC UPLOADED FOR BETTER HELP!

It could very well be because of the 3-port. I believe it's the same effect as having an mbc t'd in the line (which is basically acting as a controlled vacuum leak)
The best way to run the bov is a straight line from the manifold with nothing interrupting it.
Also, you should be hooking up that 3-port to a boost source like your compressor cover...just my $.02

The folks at Tial recommend that you run a dedicated 1/4" line from the intake manifold (boost source) directly to the BOV w/ nothing tee'd into it.

I believe they both need a boost source, definitely get the BOV one from the intake manifold. Check the How-To link below, maybe someone else can chime in though good luck.
